Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a data-driven Revenue Operations professional to own and enhance our go-to-market, finance, and operations reporting. You will ensure accurate, timely dashboards, automate data pipelines, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to surface adoption metrics and revenue insights.

You will prototype AI-driven reports, maintain CRM data quality, and support acquisitions data integration as the team scales across the US.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and experience querying cloud data warehouses.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and data structures.
• Proven ability to prototype and analyze with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Keep standing RevOps reports accurate and on time.
• Identify and close data-quality gaps across pipelines and products.
• Own recurring reporting over time and expand ownership of reports.
• Automate manual processes and ensure CRM data populates automatically.
• Prototype new reports with AI tools and gain production approval.
• Stand up reporting for go-to-market, finance, and operations areas.
• Support acquisitions data matching, migration, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to incorporate product usage in CRM.
