Job summary

Pleo is seeking a GTM Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence across CX, retention, and lifecycle workflows. You will manage CRM systems, build dashboards, and translate data into insights to support proactive retention strategies.

This role focuses on scalable, customer-facing processes within a SaaS environment. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and GTM teams, with opportunities to impact reporting, process improvements, and data governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a CX Operations Analyst, Operations Specialist, Business Analyst, or similar role in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience administering CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and Customer Success tools (Vitally, Gainsight).
• Proficiency in building and maintaining BI dashboards in Looker, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards to track customer health, onboarding, risk signals, and renewals.
• Manage CRM systems including field configuration, custom objects, data mapping, and user access.
• Analyze customer usage patterns to identify at-risk accounts and support proactive retention interventions.
• Map and evaluate post-sales CX workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements across CX platforms.
• Partner with CX leadership, Sales Operations, and GTM teams while conducting platform audits and workflow automations.
