Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations Data Analyst to turn messy data into trusted dashboards. You will own weekly RevOps reporting, CRM data hygiene, and contribute to AI-driven prototyping for decision-support across GTM, finance, and operations.

Based in the US (Alabama eligible for remote/hybrid), you will collaborate with executives and product teams, grow into ownership of key reports, and help scale data models as Skimmer expands with acquisitions and new products.

Qualifications

• Prior work in revenue operations, business intelligence, or data analytics, ideally with a background in vertical SaaS (experience in the service industry and payment solutions is preferred).
• Proven expertise in SQL, plus experience querying a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake) and working with modern data transformation workflows (e.g., dbt).
• Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), including data structures, field mapping, and data-quality workflows.
• Outstanding ability to support a recurring production reporting process (export, build, QA, publish) where real stakeholders, including executives, see the results.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with both clean, well-defined data sources and raw, messy data.
• Proficiency in a BI or reporting tool (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a proven track record of building cross-functional relationships.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Replit, or OpenAI for prototyping and analysis.
• Bonus points: familiarity with GTM reporting, or exposure to finance or accounting reconciliation work.

Responsibilities

• Keep the business running on trusted reporting: own weekly RevOps dashboards covering go-to-market funnel, revenue, product adoption, churn, and customer success.
• Support the reporting Finance and Accounting rely on, including revenue-share reporting for partner/referral agreements and embedded financing products.
• Answer ad hoc requests from the executive team and program leaders.
