Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations/BI professional to turn messy data into trusted numbers used by leadership. You’ll own recurring reports, plus grow into ownership of key dashboards as the data model expands with new products and acquisitions.

You will collaborate with the executive team, program leaders, and the Director of Revenue Operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness of insights. This remote-friendly role offers strong growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in SQL and CRM platforms with data-quality workflows.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and modern transformation tools.
• Strong BI skills with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Interest in AI-enabled prototyping for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and reporting across GTM funnel, payments, product adoption, churn, and CS.
• Support Finance/Accounting reporting, including revenue-share and reconciliations.
• Answer ad-hoc requests from executives and stakeholders.
• Clean and automate CRM data, close data-quality gaps, and streamline field hygiene.
• Prototype AI-powered reports and stand up new go-to-market and finance reports.
