Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations Data Analyst to transform messy data into trusted numbers powering weekly leadership decisions. You’ll be proficient in SQL, comfortable with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce), and experienced in modern BI tools.

You’ll start by maintaining standing reports and closing data-quality gaps, then own recurring reporting across GTM, finance, and customer success. Remote-friendly with hybrid options in Austin or Toronto; opportunities to influence acquisitions

Qualifications

Strong SQL skills and experience querying a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake).
Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) with data structures and mapping.
Proficiency with BI or reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with AI tools for prototyping and analysis.

Responsibilities

Own weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and performance reporting across GTM, payments, product adoption, churn, and CS.
Clean, complete, and automate CRM data; close data-quality gaps and standardize fields.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Finance to bring product usage and adoption data into CRM.
Prototype new reports with AI tools and integrate approved reports into production BI tooling.
Support acquisitions data matching, migration, and reconciliation; analyze post‑acquisition performance.
