Job summary

Sensi.AI is hiring a Revenue Operations professional to partner with the RevOps Manager and act as the engine behind our Go To Market organization. You will synthesize data across the customer lifecycle to drive predictability and operational excellence, empowering leadership with actionable insights.

Responsibilities include deep-funnel revenue analysis, lifecycle design from lead to renewal, and building scalable, automated workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CS Operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferred (early RevOps hire).
• Ability to translate system data into actionable, business-facing insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide revenue intelligence and analytics across the customer lifecycle.
• Architect lifecycle strategies from Lead to Renewal to maximize Net Revenue Retention.
• Develop scalable processes and a reliable Source of Truth for GTM data.
• Manage GTM tech stack with focus on interoperability and data flow.
• Lead cross-functional reviews with Sales and Success to translate challenges into solutions.
• Drive change management and enablement with clear documentation and feedback loops.
