Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Manager, Special Projects to join the Revenue Operations organization. You’ll design pipelines and dashboards, model and govern data, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to measure performance and drive decisions.

You’ll own analytics initiatives, optimize headcount planning and comp alignment, and push for AI-enabled reporting while ensuring scalable data solutions across the revenue engine.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or revenue/sales operations experience with ETL and data warehouses/lakes.
• Strong SQL and scripting (Python) skills.
• Experience with BI tools and executive dashboards.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce and core sales processes.
• Ability to translate business questions into scalable data models.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines consolidating commercial data into a single source of truth.
• Develop, automate, and maintain reporting on core commercial KPIs for Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leadership.
• Lead complex RevOps analytics initiatives with stakeholders across teams.
• Mentor team members and establish data governance and standardized metrics.
