Sage is seeking a RevOps Senior Analyst to accelerate revenue growth and boost sales productivity. The role focuses on building robust analytics, dashboards, and tools across the customer lifecycle, leveraging CRM platforms and AI-augmented processes.

You will collaborate with finance and sales leadership to implement scalable, data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in RevOps or similar in a B2B SaaS environment, with strong Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and AI experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations or similar in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Proficiency in PowerBI/Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience using AI to improve workflows or insights.
• Ability to partner with finance and sales leaders to execute plans.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning, budgeting, and target setting.
• Evaluate performance, build/adjust models, and explain drivers.
• Develop dashboards and reports translating data into strategy.
• Drive AI adoption to accelerate insight delivery across workflows.
• Improve scalable processes across the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with managers to identify incremental revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate with Quota & Commission on compensation planning.
• Cross-train with other RevOps Analysts.
