Job summary

Intelligems, a remote-first SaaS company, is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to build the infrastructure that supports our customer-facing teams. You will own forecasting, tooling, and process design, starting in HubSpot and growing a small contractor team under the Head of Finance.

You will develop dashboards for pipeline health, retention, and revenue performance; integrate AI into RevOps; collaborate with Finance and leadership on headcount, compensation, and quota planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps, sales ops, or GTM systems, ideally at a B2B SaaS startup.
• Track record owning HubSpot as the primary admin.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and workflows, including Claude.
• Deep familiarity with SaaS GTM metrics and data stacks (Snowflake, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure for forecasting, pipeline health, retention, expansion, and revenue performance.
• Own the tooling: manage HubSpot end-to-end and the marketing stack; hire/manage contractors as needed.
• Design and implement the process layer: CRM enhancements, system implementations, and end-to-end data flows.
• Bring an AI lens to RevOps: build AI-enabled tools for forecasting, data hygiene, and operations.
• Partner with Finance and Leadership on planning cycles, including headcount forecasting, compensation, and quota planning.
