Elastic, the Search AI Company, is hiring a Sr. Analyst, RevOps to drive revenue strategy, planning, reporting, and analysis for our ESP org. You will harness data to provide insights for business partners and support annual planning in a fast-growing, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Strategy, FP&A, or similar in SaaS
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• Ability to evaluate and improve RevOps processes
• Experience with data validation and quality assurance
• Experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics and performance indicators
• Proficiency with AI for operations use cases
• Strong stakeholder relationships
• Ability to present data findings to senior management

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to uncover revenue-driving insights and build dashboards.
• Create revenue forecasting models and align with sales/marketing.
• Identify RevOps inefficiencies and design process improvements.
• Collaborate with partners to define reporting needs.
• Prepare regular revenue performance reports for stakeholders.
• Present strategic insights to senior management and assess risks.
