Job summary

Evlo AI in New York, NY is seeking a Revenue Analytics/Operations Analyst to translate business questions into analyses, dashboards, and process improvements used by leadership. You will instrument pipelines, own reporting in Salesforce, SQL, and Tableau, and drive projects from requirements through measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with RevOps and finance to clean CRM data, define KPIs, and present monthly findings to directors and VPs.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of business analysis, revenue operations, or analytics experience.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce administration and CRM data models.
• Demonstrated ability to scope ambiguous problems, gather requirements, and deliver analyses that drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Tableau or Looker, defining KPIs for pipeline, retention, and operational efficiency
• Write SQL queries against production data warehouses to answer ad-hoc business questions and validate hypotheses
• Partner with RevOps and finance to audit CRM data quality in Salesforce and design cleaner pipeline stages, fields, and automation
• Document business processes and requirements, translating stakeholder asks into technical specifications for engineering and ops teams
• Analyze revenue and usage trends to surface risks and opportunities, presenting findings to leadership monthly
• Evaluate and implement tooling and automation (Zapier, Workato, or native platform features) to eliminate manual workflows
• Support quarterly planning with scenario models, forecasts, and performance reviews against targets
