Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience.
• Experience with CRM data cleansing, deduplication, segmentation, and governance.
• Proficiency in building HubSpot workflows and automations.
• Experience with large-scale data imports, exports, updates, and manipulation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily CRM operations and optimize HubSpot usage.
• Design and maintain properties, forms, lists, and workflows.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of HubSpot features.
• Perform CRM audits and data cleansing to ensure data quality.
• Develop dashboards and reports for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Lead onboarding and training on HubSpot best practices.
• Integrate third-party AI tools within HubSpot ecosystem.
