Job summary

LSPedia Inc. is seeking a RevOps Analyst to manage and optimize HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success from our Farmington Hills, MI office.

You will own CRM data quality, workflows, and reporting, collaborating with the VP of Sales Operations to drive efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in maintaining CRM systems while ensuring data integrity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HubSpot administration experience.
• HubSpot certifications preferred (Marketing, Sales, CRM Data Management, Operations Hub).
• Experience with CRM data cleansing, deduplication, segmentation, and governance.
• Strong ability to design and maintain HubSpot workflows and automations.

Responsibilities

• CRM Administration & Support: manage HubSpot CRM and related tools, design properties, forms, lists, workflows, pipelines, and permissions.
• Data Management & Quality: perform CRM audits, data cleansing, enrichment, and data imports/exports.
• Workflow & Automation Support: build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lead routing, notifications, and automated tasks.
• Reporting & Analytics: develop dashboards and reports for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success; monitor accuracy and KPIs.
• Stay current on HubSpot AI roadmap and evaluate PoCs; integrate AI tools with the HubSpot ecosystem.
