Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Warehouse Associate in San Francisco to perform hardware picking, staging, and packing of orders. You will assist with inventory control, e-recycling, and use ticketing systems to report work and track metrics.

The role requires attention to detail, basic hardware knowledge, and the ability to follow SOPs. Candidates should be proficient in English and able to operate at loading docks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years related experience or equivalent.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow directions to ensure quality.
• Effective use of ticket, inventory, and dispatch management systems.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and accurate record-keeping.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Stock and stage orders according to FIFO policies.
• Assist with inventory, hardware management and e-recycling.
• Report work accomplishments and track metrics using ticketing systems.
• Verify shipments against POs; note damages, shortages or wrong items.
• Load/unload shipments; perform loading dock duties as assigned.
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels; order supplies as needed.
• Unbox and stock inventory, break down packing materials.
• Assist in total stock counts and spot checks.
• Support large-scale global projects as required.
• Perform warehouse cleanup to maintain safety and order.
