Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a Reverse Logistics Manager in Renton, WA to lead over 20 team members across Credits & Returns, Warranty, and EZTrac. You will drive data-driven initiatives to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve customer experience while managing annual budgets and strategic technology projects.

You will build relationships with dealers and internal teams, oversee CRM enhancements, and champion Six Sigma improvements to streamline reverse logistics operations and supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of professional/leadership experience, including at least 3 years in supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations for EZTrac Renton, Credits & Returns, and Warranty, including staffing and development.
• Lead problem solving using monthly productivity metrics to identify improvements.
• Communicate policies and procedures to dealers and PACCAR management.
• Oversee CRM enhancements and IT/technical projects for the three departments.
• Lead Six Sigma projects focused on operational excellence and waste reduction.
• Implement process improvements for outbound and reverse logistics shipments.
