PACCAR Parts in Renton seeks a Reverse Logistics Manager to lead over 20 team members across Credits & Returns, Warranty, and EZTrac, driving daily operations and strategic initiatives. You will build relationships with dealers and internal teams while guiding budgets and technology enhancements.

The role emphasizes Six Sigma projects, process improvements in supply chain, and cross-functional leadership to improve revenue, cost efficiency, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of professional and leadership experience, incl. 3+ years in supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Results driven with data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in MS Office; Data Analytics and AI a plus.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and remanufactured parts.
• Six Sigma trained; Lean Belt preferred.
• Project management experience, incl. IT/tech projects.
• Ability to build relationships across internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations activity for EZTrac Renton, Credits & Returns, and Warranty.
• Lead problem solving and change management using monthly productivity metrics.
• Communicate with dealer and PACCAR management on policies and procedures.
• Manage technical projects for CRM enhancements across departments.
• Lead Six Sigma projects focused on operational excellence and waste reduction.
• Implement process improvements for supply chain outbound and reverse logistics.
• Manage core eligibility and SOX compliance across processes.
• Maintain compliant department policies and communicate updates to leadership.
• Lead strategic leadership meetings to review results and align actions.
