Job summary

Verkada in San Mateo, CA, seeks a commercially minded Manager of Global Reverse Logistics to own the P&L and build a scalable returns network that supports rapid replacement and efficient processing.

You will lead a 3PL ecosystem across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, drive cost optimization, set KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Support to turn customer friction into optimized policies.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in global logistics with reverse logistics focus.
• Ability to analyze network changes and vendor contracts for cost savings.
• Expert KPI mastery: Dock-to-Stock, RMA cycle time, 3PL accuracy.
• ERP plus data analytics experience to build performance dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; CSCP/Lean Six Sigma a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset; strong relationships with global 3PLs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the global reverse logistics P&L and optimize spend across transport and 3PLs.
• Streamline the RMA lifecycle to reduce turnaround times and improve NPS.
• Scale return hubs and consolidation centers across Americas, EMEA, APAC.
• Enforce SLAs and accuracy with 3PLs via KPI tracking and governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal and Support to fix friction and policy.
• Manage replacement pools and inventory in ERP to maximize recovery value.
