Job summary

PACCAR Inc in Renton, WA is seeking a Reverse Logistics Manager who leads over 20 team members across Credits & Returns, Warranty, and EZTrac, guiding daily operations and driving data-driven initiatives that boost revenue, cut costs, and enhance customer experience.

You will manage annual budgets for the three departments, advance technology and Six Sigma projects, and coordinate with dealers and internal teams to improve reverse logistics, supply chain processes, and CRM enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional leadership experience.
• At least 3 years in supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and multitasking across multiple departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; data analytics of value.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and remanufactured parts.
• Project management experience including IT/technical coordination.
• Relationship building across internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage EZTrac Renton, Credits & Returns, and Warranty operations.
• Lead problem solving and track monthly productivity metrics.
• Communicate policies to dealer and PACCAR management.
• Oversee CRM enhancement projects for all three departments.
• Lead Six Sigma projects for operational excellence and waste reduction.
• Implement supply chain process improvements for outbound and reverse logistics shipments.
• Manage core eligibility across supplier and dealer processes.
• Maintain compliant policies and communicate updates to leadership.
• Lead strategic leadership meetings to review results and action items.
