Job summary

Astreya in Seattle is seeking a detail-oriented IT asset and warehouse support technician to maintain day-to-day operations for forward and reverse logistics. You will handle inventory, use ticketing and dispatch systems, assist with e-recycling, and help ensure accuracy and quality across hardware handling.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, stocking, and shipping, collaborating with vendors, and contributing to global projects while upholding safety and process compliance on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience or training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions to ensure quality.
• Proficiency using ticketing, inventory and dispatch systems.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and accurate record-keeping.
• Basic computer hardware knowledge and willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Support and cross-train into L1 ITAM services to maintain day-to-day operations.
• Assist with inventory, asset management and e-recycling processes.
• Use ticketing systems with focus on customer service and SOP adherence.
• Report work accomplishments and track metrics in the systems.
• Maintain inventory data management software for accuracy.
• Triage and fulfill customer requests via web portal and in person.
• Receive and inspect return shipments; verify deliveries against requests.
• Load/unload shipments; perform loading dock duties as assigned.
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels; order supplies as needed.
• Unbox, stock shelves and break down packing materials.
• Contribute to large-scale global projects as required.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for collection and recycling activities.
