Job summary

Gong is seeking an Enterprise Revenue Architect to partner with our largest customers and guide revenue transformation using Gong’s AI Operating System. You will architect workflows, accelerate adoption, and drive measurable revenue outcomes across the full revenue lifecycle.

You will engage senior stakeholders (VP & C-suite), align internal teams, and articulate ROI through data-driven value realization, renewal strategies, and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years proven experience in managing complex enterprise accounts.
• Experience owning relationships with senior (VP and C-suite) stakeholders and ROI conversations.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing and executives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Self-starters who thrive in high-paced environments and change.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Transformation Strategy: Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and execute strategies modernizing revenue operations through Gong’s AIOS.
• Workflow Architecture: Map current-state customer processes to AI-driven workflows that translate to revenue outcomes.
• Adoption and Change Management: Drive adoption initiatives and embed Gong into daily team rhythms.
• Value Realization: Use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes and demonstrate Gong’s ROI.
• Renewal and Expansion Management: Own renewal strategy and execution with cross-functional collaboration.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the journey.
