Job summary

NEOGOV is hiring a Revenue Systems & Process Manager to lead the strategy, architecture, and day-to-day performance of our Revenue Operations technology stack. You will partner across teams to design workflows, ensure training, and publish metrics that tie usage to outcomes.

In-office role based in Draper, UT or San Clemente, CA, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in revenue operations with hands-on tool ownership and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or related role with hands-on ownership of a revenue tech stack.
• Deep experience with sales engagement, conversation intelligence, and content enablement platforms (Outreach, Gong, Highspot, or similar).
• Analytical with a strong program management skillset.
• Experience redesigning revenue processes with multiple stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Sales Eng., Partnerships).
• Track record of building adoption or performance metrics and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong cross-functional communication; comfortable working without direct authority over partner teams.
• Knowledge of how AI features are applied in sales/revenue tech and prudent adoption.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, configure, and administer the revenue technology stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Pursuit, SPIFF, Qualified, Highspot).
• Lead cross-platform integration to eliminate manual handoffs and reduce duplicate data entry.
• Design and refine revenue technologies and processes for lead-to-close, forecasting, and opportunity management.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations, automations, and clear process docs.
• Partner with Revenue Enablement to ensure training materials exist before and after go-live.
• Build and maintain a centralized playbook and knowledge base for tool usage.
• Support Marketing with alignment of tools like Qualified and Highspot.
• Own change management for major system/process changes with comms and training.
• Maintain a living inventory and rationalize tool overlap across the stack.
• Define adoption metrics and publish a recurring scorecard linking usage to outcomes.
• Conduct platform health and ROI reviews to guide renewal/consolidation decisions.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and outline adoption strategies.
• Prepare executive-ready updates on tech stack health and AI initiatives.
