Job summary

NEOGOV is seeking a Revenue Systems & Process Manager to join our Sales organization. based in Draper, UT or San Clemente, CA, you will own the revenue technology stack, drive integrations, and partner with the Revenue Enablement team to ensure adoption and training across the organization.

This role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and collaborates with multiple teams. You will design workflows, measure adoption, and deliver executive-ready updates on tech health, process maturity, and

Qualifications

• +5 years in Revenue/Sales Operations or related role with hands-on ownership of a revenue tech stack.
• Experience with sales engagement, conversation intelligence, and content enablement platforms (Outreach, Gong, Highspot).
• Strong analytical capabilities and program management experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and administration of the revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Pursuit, SPIFF, Qualified, Highspot).
• Own cross-platform integration to remove manual handoffs and data entry
• Design, document, and refine revenue technologies and processes (lead-to-close, forecasting, opportunity mgmt).
• Translate requirements from sellers, SDRs, SEs, and leaders into configurations and automations.
• Develop training curricula and enablement resources for go-live and post-launch.
