Job summary

Mojave Corp. in Las Vegas is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own and improve our GTM operating system. You will build the processes, systems, reporting, and execution engine that allows our sales team to perform consistently across the pipeline.

Collaborate with leadership to optimize each stage—from lead generation through proposal delivery and customer handoff—while coordinating with Marketing, Compliance, and external partners to keep the GTM engine moving.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HubSpot is required.
• Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written communication and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with ownership.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Sales Operations: Own HubSpot CRM administration and maintain pipeline hygiene.
• Build dashboards and KPI reporting; track funnel conversion rates.
• Improve sales workflows and create SOPs for the sales org.
• Ensure proposals and pricing templates are accurate and on time.
• Revenue Operations: Analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Coordinate lead routing and follow-up processes; manage revenue campaigns.
• Marketing Support: support campaign execution and track ROI.
• Process Improvement: document company processes and create repeatable playbooks.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: work with CEO, Director of Compliance, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and partners to keep GTM engine moving.
