Job summary

Cherry is seeking a Revenue Systems Analyst to drive reporting, data quality, and process optimization across Revenue and GTM teams. You’ll enable sales enablement, streamline workflows, and support a growing tech stack including Salesforce, Salesloft, Zapier, and Workato.

Ideal candidates are early-career, data-minded, and able to partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to scale revenue operations. This role offers substantial growth into systems strategy and GTM engineering.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business systems, sales/revenue operations, consulting, finance, strategy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficient Excel and data tooling.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other GTM tools (Gong, Salesloft, Zapier, Vitally, DocSend).
• Comfortable creating and supporting Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, or quantitative field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analysis: Support ongoing and ad hoc reporting to help revenue leaders and sales reps understand performance and identify opportunities.
• Systems & Workflow Optimization: Design and improve processes using Salesforce, Zapier, Workato, and related tools.
• Sales Enablement: Develop onboarding materials and track effectiveness to scale successful programs.
• Data Quality & Operations: Improve data integrity and unlock growth through cleaner data.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Ops to diagnose systems issues and share insights.
• Tech Stack Support: Monitor health of GTM tools like Salesloft, Gong, and DocSend; provide troubleshooting.
• Project Support: Contribute to strategic projects from kickoff to execution; document milestones.
• Web Implementations: Assist with Cherry’s payment functionality on partner sites (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix).
