Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a strategic finance leader to drive FP&A, business operations, and revenue operations for a B2B SaaS portfolio in the United States.

You will translate ARR, retention, and churn into executive insights, prepare CCO materials for leadership and boards, and collaborate across Finance and cross-functional teams to optimize renewals and health scoring.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or revenue operations in B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of SaaS recurring revenue metrics and tools like Salesforce, Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer revenue metrics and reporting, translating ARR, retention, and churn data into executive insights.
• Prepare CCO materials for leadership, board, and Thoma Bravo reviews, framing performance and investment asks.
• Build renewal and retention plans, resource models, and customer health scoring with Finance and cross-functional teams.
