This is a high‑impact, cross‑functional role embedded within our Revenue Operations organization, collaborating with Sales leadership and SVPs to drive GTM performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex sales cycles and revenue operations.
• Strong finance background with P&L understanding.
• Advanced financial modeling capabilities.

• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and review proformas for deals across our national portfolio.
• Develop underwriting models using internal and external data for GTM strategies.
• Quantify and communicate the impact of Metropolis technology for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to establish underwriting practices.
• Stress test asset performance against macro and micro scenarios.
• Implement automation to streamline workflows and boost GTM efficiency.
• Lead ad-hoc analyses, reports, and projects for revenue generation.
• Translate GTM insights into cross-functional recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation for growth.
