Job summary

Metropolis Technologies in Los Angeles is seeking a Revenue Economics Analyst to shape pricing strategy, evaluate deal structures, and build sophisticated financial models that inform how we scale. You will partner with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations to translate data into actionable insights that influence margins, revenue outcomes, and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting and finance background with hands-on P&L experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills using multiple data sources.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and other automation tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable GTM insights.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and review proforms for organic and existing deals across our national portfolio.
• Expand underwriting models by integrating internal and external data insights.
• Quantify and communicate the tangible impact of Metropolis technology for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to establish underwriting and asset management practices.
• Stress test asset performance against macro and micro economic scenarios.
• Implement automation solutions that streamline workflows and increase GTM efficiency.
• Lead ad-hoc analyses, reports, and projects supporting revenue generation and strategy.
• Translate GTM insights into cross-functional recommendations for growth.
