Qualifications
- Experience reviewing and interpreting P&L statements.
- Strong financial modeling across multiple data sources.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Responsibilities
- Build and review proformas for deals across our national portfolio.
- Develop underwriting models using internal and external data insights.
- Quantify and communicate the impact of Metropolis technology for clients.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to establish underwriting best practices.
- Stress test asset performance across macro/micro scenarios.
- Implement automation to streamline GTM workflows.
- Lead ad-hoc analyses and reports to support revenue decisions.
- Translate GTM insights into cross-functional recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovative growth.
