Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or a quantitative field.
- 2+ years in revenue management; multi-family housing preferred.
- Advanced Excel with VBA knowledge.
- Experience with Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and draw insights.
- Collaborative, results-oriented team player.
Responsibilities
- Analyze pricing for leases and renewals.
- Monitor KPIs to optimize pricing and occupancy.
- Set base rent and concessions at property level.
- Develop analyses for stakeholders on segments and channels.
- Create reports to minimize revenue leakage.
- Track market trends and advise on effects.
- Maintain analytics tools and dashboards.
