Job summary

Xe.com is seeking a Revenue Planning & Operations Manager in Irvine, CA. You will design a driver-based revenue model linked to planning and targets, run the annual planning cycle, and coordinate cross‑functional inputs to ensure strategy alignment with leadership expectations.

You will work closely with Finance to reconcile the operating plan with forecasts, set quarterly targets, and pressure-test assumptions across functions to safeguard the P&L.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Master’s degree, MBA, or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in strategy and operations, FP&A, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the driver-based revenue model behind planning and target setting.
• Run the annual planning cycle, reconciling bottom-up submissions with top-down commitments.
• Set quarterly targets and bridge baseline forecast to target with named initiatives and owners.
• Partner with Finance to reconcile operating plan with forecast.
• Pressure-test plans against capacity, pipeline, and historical performance.
• Own the company-wide OKR framework and progress tracking across functions.
• Run leadership cadences (QBRs/MBRs) and drive decisions to closure.
• Hold teams accountable to targets and surface lagging performance before it impacts the P&L.
