Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Analytics, or related field required; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or real estate analytics, ideally within multifamily or asset‑intensive industry.
• Experience with Revenue Management System (e.g., LRO/RealPage, Yieldstar, REBA) and pricing/BI tools (Power BI, advanced Excel).
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience building executive‑level reporting and communicating findings to Senior Leadership.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives across Operations, Marketing, Asset Management, and Technology.
• Approximately 20% travel within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise revenue management strategy across pricing, ancillary income, renewals, and concessions.
• Analyze market data to identify revenue opportunities and risks and translate into pricing strategy.
• Partner with Asset Management to align revenue with underwriting and asset plans.
• Evaluate ancillary income programs for portfolio‑wide opportunities.
• Assess interactions between concessions, renewals, and lead‑to‑lease conversions.
