Job summary

CentraCare Health in Saint Cloud, MN invites applicants for the Manager of the Revenue Services Education Program. You will create and implement a robust training program across Revenue Services, oversee onboarding specialists, and drive staff development with system-wide impact.

Responsibilities include developing curricula, maintaining training content, coordinating with IS Education, and ensuring compliance with HFMA MAPS and annual education tracking across the health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of training or teaching experience and curriculum creation.
• A valid driver’s license and driving record in good standing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a robust training program within Revenue Services.
• Create and grow a trainer development program for the system.
• Develop and enforce training policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Revenue Services leadership to maintain training programs.
• Develop and manage the execution of training for all new hires in Revenue Services roles.
• Maintain annual e-learnings for all Revenue Services staff.
