Job summary

CentraCare Health seeks a Manager of the Revenue Services Education Program to design and implement a comprehensive training system for Revenue Services. The role oversees onboarding specialists and staff, ensuring the education system drives performance across the organization.

Responsibilities include creating content, enforcing policies, and partnering with leadership to maintain ongoing education and annual e-learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of training or teaching experience with curriculum creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a digital design or health-related field or closely related area within 60 days of hire.
• A valid driver’s license and driving record in good standing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a robust training program within the Revenue Services department.
• Develop and grow trainer development programs for system-wide use.
• Create and enforce training policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Revenue Services leadership to maintain and update training programs.
• Develop and manage execution of onboarding and new-hire training across Revenue Services.
• Support annual e-learning initiatives for all Revenue Services employees.
• Oversee Education Program staff, scheduling, and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with IS Education leadership on cross-department training projects.
• Review and update training tools for Epic changes and workflow updates.
