Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced analyst to support the Mercy Receivables system development, re-engineering, or enhancements. You will maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure maximum reimbursement by interfacing with patient accounting, IT, and other departments.

Responsibilities include developing user training materials, performing pro-active analysis, and collaborating with third-party payers and vendors to resolve issues while upholding Mercy standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Superior oral and written communication and analytical abilities; able to handle a large volume of transactions.
• On-call availability and/or after-hours work for system testing or troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support Mercy Receivables systems and improvements.
• Maintain databases and generate routine reports for system users.
• Develop user training materials for new or enhanced processes.
• Collaborate with Patient Accounting, IT, and external partners to resolve issues and optimize reimbursement.
