Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE seeks an experienced Revenue Cycle Systems Administrator to partner with departments, optimize system configuration, and support clearinghouse functions. The role focuses on data integrity, system performance, and cross-department collaboration to improve reimbursement accuracy.

Responsibilities include managing access, acting as SME for EMR applications, and coordinating with IT and vendors. Strong Excel/EDI skills and 3+ years in Revenue Cycle are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least three years in Revenue Cycle operations.
• Experience with EMR front-end functions and data reporting.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Understanding of clearinghouse functions, payor regulations, and government programs.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with EDI submissions.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage user access to Revenue Cycle applications.
• Administer third-party portals and audit access.
• Serve as SME for EMR and related platforms.
• Review and triage tickets with IT and vendors.
• Assist with training, testing, and implementations to improve accuracy.
• Support leadership with integrations and new technologies.
• Understand EHR reporting capabilities and collaborate on improvements.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and document progress.
• Prepare communications and participate in relevant meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
