Job summary

Qualifications

• May need to be on-call or report to unusual hours for testing.

Responsibilities

• Support Mercy Receivables system development and enhancements.
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and files for interfaced software.
• Provide routine reporting and proactive analytical support for the systems.
• Collaborate with departments, third-party payers, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Develop user training manuals.
