Dassault Systèmes seeks a Director, Revenue Recognition – Americas to lead a technical accounting team and partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance on complex contracts during live negotiations. You will guide the company as it transitions to cloud and subscription models, ensuring compliant and optimized revenue recognition and strong regional governance.

You will drive governance, sign-off on revenue treatment for complex deals, and support M&A initiatives related to revenue recognition,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 10+ years in commercial revenue recognition advisory.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 and cloud/subscription deal structuring.
• Proven track record of leading and developing a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Adaptable in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Governance & technical compliance: Ensure regional transactions align with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 and Group policies.
• Transaction sign-off: Review and approve revenue treatment for complex or first-of-a-kind deals.
• Integration & process improvement: Support M&A matters and drive regional efficiency in transactional accounting.
