Auros, a leader in human insight, seeks a Director of Revenue Accounting to lead global revenue, commissions, and AR. You will own ASC 606/compliance, contract structuring, invoicing, and cash application, partnering across Sales, Legal, and GTM to ensure accurate revenue recognition.

You'll build scale across SaaS and services, drive tighter controls, optimize DSO, and support strategic initiatives including M&A and board reporting.

Formación

• 10+ years in SaaS revenue accounting, commissions, quoting, and AR.
• Deep expertise in ASC 606, ASC 340 and subscription-based models.
• Experience owning billing, collections, DSO and cash flow management.
• Strong ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, GTM and executive leadership.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop accounting and quote analyst teams.
• Own ASC 606 and ASC 340 application across SaaS, services, and usage-based models.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, RevOps, Legal, and Professional Services on complex contracts and GTM implications.
• Own and evolve revenue, billing, AR policies, reporting, and controls.
• Lead commissions accounting, including accruals, payouts, and alignment with bookings and revenue.
• Drive collection strategy, reduce DSO, oversee billing and cash application.
• Oversee audit readiness and execution across international audits.
• Provide the executive team with actionable revenue and AR insights.
• Support strategic initiatives, including M&A and board reporting.
