Job summary

Dassault Systèmes in Massachusetts seeks a Director of Revenue Recognition for the AMERICAS to lead a technical accounting team and partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance during live deal negotiations. You will guide complex contract structuring, support the transition to cloud/subscription models, and ensure strong regional governance.

You will drive governance, sign-off on revenue treatment for complex sales, and collaborate on M&A revenue matters to improve regional and corporate processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• 10+ years of commercial revenue recognition advisory experience.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 and cloud/subscription deal structuring.
• Proven track record of leading a team of professionals.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; adaptable in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Governance & Technical Compliance: ensure regional transactions align with policies and IFRS 15/ASC 606; monitor changes and advise leadership.
• Transaction Sign-Off: review and approve revenue treatment for complex or first-of-a-kind deals.
• Integration & Process Improvement: support M&A revenue matters and drive efficiency across regional accounting processes.
