Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking an engineering manager for the Revenue Engineering team. You will balance hands-on coding with people leadership, mentoring a diverse group of software and data engineers while contributing to core GTM platforms and models.

You will build and prototype GTM applications, evolve pipelines, and ensure data integrity and operational excellence across a fast-moving roadmap. The role blends technical depth with strategic leadership in a growing cloud ecosystem.

Qualifications

8+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering leadership.
Strong background writing production code and debugging distributed systems, data pipelines, and web APIs.
Experience owning end-to-end platform lifecycles, operational monitoring, and architectural strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of software and data engineers while contributing code.
Architect and build platform primitives for GTM Data Platform, App Platform, and MCP integrations.
Prototype and deliver GTM applications and evolve core pipelines and data infra.
Empower business teams by teaching self-service using platform primitives.
Drive observability, testing, schema evolution, and deployment best practices.
