Job summary

Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager, Revenue Engineering in Austin, TX. This hands-on role leads a team delivering GTM data platforms and internal tools built on Cloudflare’s developer stack (Workers, Kubernetes, Go, TypeScript, SQL, MCP).

You will balance technical leadership with execution, driving platform strategy and reliability. You’ll recruit, coach, and grow engineers, write code, shape the architecture, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership.
Strong track record of contributing hands-on while leading teams.
Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, Kubernetes, SQL and MCP.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a software and data engineering team building GTM platforms and internal tools.
Architect and build platform primitives for GTM Data Platform, App Platform, and MCP integrations.
Prototype and deliver high-impact GTM applications and evolve core data pipelines.
Mentor non-technical partners to self-serve using platform primitives.
Drive observability, testing, schema evolution and deployment practices.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, BI, Security, and Product on priorities.
