AccruePartners is expanding and seeks a Revenue Partner in Charlotte, NC. This is a production seat where you’ll learn recruiting and sales, earn real commission from day one, and build durable skills in a high-growth environment.

You will own both candidate recruitment and client development, managing full-cycle hiring with a focus on outbound activity and relationship-building. This role offers real earnings potential and a defined career path through production metrics.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, or professional services.
• Comfortable with high outbound activity—calls are your primary tool.
• Strong communicator in writing and on the phone; able to speak with VP-level decision makers.
• Motivated by performance-based pay with clear earnings linkage.
• Curious, coachable, and competitive with a hunger to learn and improve.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in place of degree.
• Based in Charlotte, 5 days in office for the first 90 days; hybrid after.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates and develop client relationships, managing full-cycle from first call to placement.
• Prospect and cold call hiring managers across the Carolinas to grow a client portfolio.
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates via direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards.
• Conduct phone and video interviews; assess fit and prepare candidates for client conversations.
• Manage daily pipeline in Bullhorn; track activity, submittals, and results.
• Build relationships in person at networking events, client visits, and in the market.
• Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ChatGPT, Bullhorn Amplify to identify talent.
• Communicate daily with managers and hiring teams by phone, video, and writing.
