Qualifications

• IT recruiting or talent partnering experience preferred.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Ability to interview and assess 15–18 candidates weekly.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage top IT talent for contract, project, and direct hire roles.
• Build and nurture candidate pipelines across multiple disciplines.
• Generate 8+ business development leads weekly to grow opportunities.
• Coordinate intake sessions and craft go-to-market messages.
• Represent AccruePartners at industry events and meetups.
