Job summary

Mesa is seeking a highly capable Revenue Operations leader to own the CRM, GTM systems, data, and partner enablement for an embedded fintech platform. You will work across GTM, Finance, Product, Risk, and Engineering to optimize day‑to‑day execution and scale supplier partnerships.

The role offers equity in an early‑stage venture, competitive salary, 401k, flexible PTO, and remote work from anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

5+ years in revenue or sales operations, fintech or B2B finance preferred.
Hands‑on CRM administration including workflows and integrations.
Strong data analysis skills with dashboards and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

Own our CRM and GTM systems, pipelines, workflows, integrations, and data quality.
Aggregate and synthesize large datasets to enable Sales focus.
Support supplier activation via segmentation, campaigns, and follow‑ups.
Build and automate reporting across revenue lifecycle and partnerships.
Manage pipeline reporting and assist forecasting with GTM and Finance.
Analyze conversion, engagement, and retention to remove blockers.
Improve handoffs across GTM, Product, Risk, and Operations.
Develop partner scorecards and conduct recurring business reviews.
Document processes and train users to scale the business.
