Job summary

Mercor is seeking a senior Revenue Operations lead to own the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, from invoicing to data control. You’ll design scalable systems at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Engineering, directly tying your work to Mercor's growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience in revenue ops, finance ops, or equivalent at tech companies.
• Strong SQL skills; able to write queries for data issues and reporting.
• Experience with billing/invoicing systems and CRM platforms at scale.
• Detail-oriented with a systems-thinking mindset; detects data issues and root causes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer reporting and dashboards to show revenue health and billing trends.
• Reconcile revenue across billing systems, CRM, and internal tools; identify root causes and fixes.
• Design scalable revenue ops processes and automate bottlenecks with Engineering input.
• Maintain clean, reliable revenue data and enforce data hygiene across systems touched by revenue.
