Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in senior leadership managing 25+ staff.
• Experience with high-volume transactions and mixed billing models.
• Hands-on systems implementation or transformation experience.
• CRM/ERP or proprietary platforms expertise for scalable processes.
• Collaboration with IT to optimize ERP/CRM systems.
• Client-facing roles involving pre-sale support and onboarding.
• Proven cross-functional initiative leadership.
• Experience in high-growth environments; healthcare revenue cycle a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead billing, AR, commissions and related ops to support growth.
• Partner with SVP of Operations on enterprise planning and resource alignment.
• Identify process improvements, controls and friction reduction.
• Translate strategy into actionable operational plans.
• Serve as operational liaison to top-tier clients; support pre-sale and onboarding.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with clients like Aetna, CVS, MetLife.
• Define and scale core processes; collaborate with IT on platform modernization.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and audit readiness; own reporting.
• Develop and coach a 25+ person Revenue Operations team.
• Drive change management and growth enablement across systems.
