Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join the Finance team. You will be an expert Salesforce user, building reports, dashboards, and forecast pipelines to support FP&A forecasting, budgets, and executive decision making.

This role is remote with periodic travel to Voyager sites for key events, and requires 5+ years in revenue operations or related finance roles, plus strong analytical and collaboration skills. US citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales or BD operations, or a financial analyst role
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards, including building forecasts and pipeline analysis and extracting data for financial use.
• Experience supporting sales or BD forecasting and financial reporting through data modeling and analytics.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and multi-source data analysis.
• Experience with NetSuite (finance and sales modules) or a comparable ERP.
• Experience leading projects, formally or informally, in collaboration with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce pipeline reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for business development and senior leadership.
• Perform financial reporting, data modeling, and variance analysis in partnership with Finance and Accounting.
• Extract data from Salesforce and validate it ensuring accuracy.
• Support system processes and workflows that help the team move opportunities forward, partnering with the Salesforce administrator on configuration changes.
• Identify and recommend improvements to workflows, automation, and reporting infrastructure.
• Collaborate across departments to address operational needs as they arise.
