Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join the Finance Department. You will be an expert Salesforce user building reports, dashboards, and forecast pipelines to support forecasting and budgeting. You will focus on analysis, forecasting, and reporting with a dedicated Salesforce administrator handling configuration.

The role is remote with occasional travel to Voyager sites. Key qualifications include a 5+ year track record in revenue or BD operations, advanced

Qualifications

Required degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in revenue operations, sales/BD operations, or as a financial analyst.
Advanced Salesforce reporting/dashboards experience for forecasts and pipelines.
Experience with data modeling and analytics for forecasting & reporting.
Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and multi-source data analysis.
Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP.
Experience leading cross-department projects.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Salesforce pipeline reports, forecasts, and dashboards for leadership.
Perform financial reporting, data modeling, and variance analysis with Finance and Accounting.
Extract data from Salesforce and validate accuracy.
Support processes and workflows; collaborate with Salesforce administrator on config changes.
Identify and recommend workflow, automation, and reporting improvements.
Collaborate across departments to address operational needs.
