Job summary

Courser, a growth-focused IT services partner in the United States, is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize processes, systems, and data that drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and customer success to improve efficiency and reporting.

You will implement and refine tools, analyze large data sets, and support revenue strategies, reporting to a Revenue Operations Manager. Experience with CRM systems and analytics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analytics, or related field required.
• 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or similar roles.
• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools (Excel, BI).
• Strong data analysis skills with large data sets experience.

Responsibilities

• CRM Monitoring and Data Quality: ensure data accuracy and consistency, audit data hygiene.
• Quota, Territory, and Coverage Administration: support assignments and leadership decisions.
• Sales Compensation and Finance Partnership: administer commissions and reconciliations.
• Reporting, Analytics, and Forecasting: prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and forecasts.
• AI and Automation: leverage AI/tools to streamline reporting and data management.
