Courser is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize revenue processes, data, and tools across sales, marketing, finance, and customer success. You will ensure data accuracy, support quota and territory administration, and collaborate with Finance on commissions and forecasting.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled reporting, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional partnership to drive revenue growth in a dynamic IT services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role focused on optimizing revenue processes and data analysis.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and analytics tools, with strong data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data quality across CRM and revenue systems.
• Manage territory, quota, and pipeline data consistency and accuracy.
• Administer monthly sales commission calculations and payout processes.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting and forecasting packages.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline reporting and reduce repetitive tasks.
